{"id":263,"date":"2014-11-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-11-04T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/explora.cl\/biobio\/blog\/2014\/11\/04\/explora-biodiversidad\/"},"modified":"2019-05-20T18:40:47","modified_gmt":"2019-05-20T18:40:47","slug":"explora-biodiversidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/explora.cl\/biobio\/explora-biodiversidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiantes de Chiguayante y San Pedro de la Paz exploran el mar a trav\u00e9s de la gastronom\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-6711\" src=\"http:\/\/ec2-34-218-253-251.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/0ced72e67e0596cbd3d8867008c7aeee.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u00e1s de 50 ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as provenientes de escuelas de San Pedro de la Paz y Chiguayante, y que son parte del Proyecto EXPLORA CONICYT de Valoraci\u00f3n y Divulgaci\u00f3n de la Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n \u2013 2014 \u201cCIMAGA: CIENCIA, MAR Y GASTRONOM\u00cdA\u201d; visitaron las instalaciones del Terminal Pesquero Artesanal de Talcahuano para realizar una actividad de reconocimiento de las organismos marinos que se comercializan en el mercado, al mismo tiempo que conocen el trabajo diario de la gente de mar que d\u00eda a d\u00eda ofrecen estos valiosos productos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la realizaci\u00f3n del proyecto EXPLORA CONICYT: CIMAGA: Ciencia, Mar y Gastronom\u00eda, que comenz\u00f3 en abril de 2014, estudiantes, junto a sus docentes, chefs, y cient\u00edficos de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n, vienen desarrollando el Recetario Marino Ilustrado con preparaciones gastron\u00f3micas creadas por los j\u00f3venes, en base a organismos marinos del mar de Chile, sumando a las recetas de la preparaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica y ecol\u00f3gica de la especie.
